100% Pure cold pressed walnut oil extracted in village chakkis from local pahadi (kathu) walnut variety.Walnut kernels generally contain about 60% oil, but vary from 52% to 70% depending on the variety & the pahadi (kathu) walnut consists of around 68% to 70% of oil. The major constituents of the oil are triacylglycerols. Free fatty acids, diacylglycerol, monoacylglycerol, sterols, sterol esters, phospholipids, and vitamins are present in minor quantities.Walnut oil is a delicious, nutty oil made by pressing whole walnuts.
